User Agreement
This agreement governs your use of Krewflight (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. The Subscription & Cancellation Policy applies to paid plans.
1. Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only your own account. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Do not share accounts, evade usage limits, disrupt the service, or access another user's data.
2. Your bid data and our service
Upload only documents you are permitted to use and process with Krewflight. You retain your rights to your data. You authorize us and our service providers to process it to provide the features you request. Krewflight helps you analyze bid packets, compare lines, organize preferences, and export selections. Krewflight is an independent planning tool and does not submit bids, represent your airline or union, determine eligibility, or guarantee a line award.
3. Verify results and AI suggestions
PDF extraction and AI can produce incomplete or incorrect results. Check source fields, dates, units, and all suggestions against your original packet and current airline rules before making a decision. Missing data is not a zero value. AI advice is informational and cannot establish schedule legality, contract compliance, or an actual awarded schedule. You remain responsible for your final selections and airline submission.
4. Subscription and automatic renewal
Krewflight Pro costs $9.99 USD per month. Eligible first-time subscribers receive a 7-day free trial beginning when Stripe checkout is completed. A payment method is required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Stripe automatically charges $9.99 and renews monthly until canceled. Your billing page and Stripe checkout show relevant dates. Any legally applicable taxes will be disclosed before payment. A separate affirmative acceptance of recurring charges is required.
5. Cancellation, refunds, and deletion
Cancel anytime in Plan & billing, using Cancel subscription or Manage billing. Cancel before the trial end to avoid the first subscription charge, or before your next renewal to avoid the next charge. You retain paid access until the current billing period ends. Payments are nonrefundable, including partial months and unused time, except where applicable law requires a refund. Account deletion ends access immediately, cancels future subscription billing, and does not provide a prorated refund. Export anything you need before deletion.
6. Availability and limits
We may maintain or update features, flag unsupported documents, and apply reasonable limits to protect availability. AI assistance is limited to 20 requests per account per day, with up to 20 lines per comparison, and may be temporarily unavailable. If a payment fails, Pro features may be suspended until resolved. Profile and account management remain accessible. We may suspend misuse or illegal activity. Material pricing or agreement changes will be communicated before they apply; cancel if you do not wish to continue.
7. Service limitations
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or a particular bidding outcome. We are not liable for consequential losses resulting from reliance on an incorrect extraction or suggestion. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer protections.
