Subscription & Cancellation Policy
7 days free, then $9.99 per month
Eligible first-time subscribers get a 7-day free trial of Krewflight Pro starting when Stripe checkout is completed. A payment method is required. After the trial, you are automatically charged $9.99 USD each month until canceled. Returning subscribers who already used a trial are charged immediately; checkout and your billing page show which offer applies. Any applicable taxes will be disclosed before payment.
Cancel anytime
Open Plan & billing and choose Cancel subscription, or open Manage billing in Stripe's portal. There is no cancellation fee and no required support conversation. Cancel before the displayed trial end to avoid the first paid charge. Cancel before the displayed renewal date to stop the next charge. Paid access continues through the current paid period. A cancellation during a trial prevents automatic conversion to a paid subscription.
Nonrefundable payments
Payments are nonrefundable. We do not issue refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused features, or account deletion, except where applicable law requires otherwise. This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights or lawful payment disputes. Contact us about a duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrectly processed charge so it can be investigated.
Deleting your account
Delete account in Settings cancels future billing before removing your saved workspace and sign-in identity. Deletion ends access immediately, even if a paid period remains. No prorated refund is provided except where required by law. Export needed selections first. Cancellation alone keeps your account and saved workspace intact.
Payment issues and help
If payment fails, Stripe may retry and Pro features may be suspended. Update your payment method in Manage billing. If the cancellation service is unavailable, email support@krewflight.com before renewal for help stopping future charges.
